fafa is currently free to use.
If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice and obtain your explicit consent. No automatic charges will occur without prior consent.
About Future Paid Plans
- The service is currently free, including ad performance analytics and integrations for four platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok).
- Paid features such as ad editing and store-revenue integration (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify) may be introduced later. In that case, pricing and payment terms will be stated on an in-service information page.
- Any move to a paid plan or change in fees will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and payment will only be processed with your explicit consent.
- You may decline at the time of any paid transition; in that case, paid features will simply not be provided.
Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Sivera Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the fafa service (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definition of the Service)
fafa is a multi-platform advertising analytics dashboard that consolidates data from multiple ad platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and TikTok Ads. The Company enables users to connect their own ad accounts and review performance in one place.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms take effect by being posted within the Service or notified to users by email or similar means.
- The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. When doing so, the Company will announce the changes and their effective date at least 7 days in advance (30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to users).
- If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service and request account withdrawal.
Article 4 (Registration and Eligibility)
- Registration is required to use the Service.
- Users must provide accurate information at sign-up, including a real name and a valid email address. Users bear any disadvantage arising from providing false information.
- Persons under the age of 14 may not register.
- The Company may refuse a registration request or terminate the service agreement in the following cases: entry of false information, misappropriation of another person's identity, interference with Service operations, or violation of applicable law.
Article 5 (Fees and Payment)
- The Service is currently provided free of charge. During the free period, you may use the four-platform integrations and ad performance analytics.
- The Company may introduce paid features in the future. Upon any paid transition, pricing and payment terms will be stated on an in-service information page (Pricing).
- Any paid transition or fee change will be announced at least 30 days in advance, and payment will only be processed with the user's explicit consent. No automatic charges occur without prior consent.
- Users may cancel a paid subscription at any time and may continue using the Service until the end of the current billing period.
Article 6 (Refunds)

Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following:
- Unauthorized use of another person's account or ad-account credentials
- Collecting, reproducing, or distributing in-service information without authorization
- Placing excessive load on the Service's servers or network
- Using the Service to violate the terms of any ad platform
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties
- Any other act that violates applicable laws
Article 8 (Provision and Changes to the Service)
- The Company aims to provide the Service year-round but may temporarily suspend it for unavoidable reasons such as system maintenance, failures, or force majeure.
- The Company may change the content, features, or screens of the Service and will announce material changes in advance.
- Some features may be limited due to API policy changes by connected ad platforms (Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok); the Company is not liable in such cases.
Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war, or outages of telecommunications carriers.
- The Company is not liable for the outcome of business decisions a user makes based on advertising data obtained through the Service.
- Data provided by the Service is received from each ad platform's API; the Company is not responsible for data errors on the platform side.
Article 10 (Personal Data Protection)
The Company handles users' personal data with care and protects it in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
- These Terms are construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- In the event of a dispute related to use of the Service, the Company and the user will, in principle, resolve it through good-faith consultation.
- If consultation fails, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
Article 1 (Overview)
Sivera Co., Ltd. (the "Company") values and protects users' personal data in operating the fafa service (the "Service"). This policy explains the collection, use, retention, and destruction of personal data in accordance with the Republic of Korea Personal Information Protection Act and related laws.

Article 3 (Purposes of Collection and Use)

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period)

Article 5 (Third-Party Provision and Processing Consignment)
As a rule, the Company does not provide personal data to third parties without the user's consent. However, the Company consigns the minimum information necessary for Service operations to the following infrastructure and payment partners, some of which may be located overseas:

Beyond the above, personal data may be provided where required by law or upon a lawful request from an investigative agency, in accordance with applicable law.
Article 6 (Data Security)
- Encrypted transport: All communication is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
- Encrypted storage: Ad platform OAuth credentials are stored on server-only paths and cannot be accessed directly from the client.
- Access control: Authentication and authorization checks permit access only to the user's own data.
- Server-only keys: Administrative credentials and secret keys are used only in the server environment and are never exposed to the client.
Article 7 (User Rights)
Users may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Right to access: Review the processing status of your personal data
- Right to correct / delete: Request correction or deletion of inaccurate data
- Right to suspend processing: Request a temporary halt of personal-data processing
- Right to withdraw: Request account withdrawal and deletion of personal data via in-service account settings or email

Article 8 (Cookies and Automatic Collection)
The Service uses cookies to maintain login sessions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some Service functions such as login may then be limited.

Refund Policy
Full refund guaranteed within 14 days of starting a paid subscription
No conditions, no questions asked, processed quickly. (The Service is currently free, so there are no payments eligible for a refund.)
Refund Eligibility
- Requested within 14 days of the paid subscription start date
- Payment method: subscription payment via PayPal
- No payment occurs during the free period, so it is not subject to a refund.
How to Request a Refund

[Refund Request] your sign-up email - In the body, include the email address you signed up with and a brief reason. (A reason is optional.)
Processing Time
- A confirmation email is sent within 1 business day of receiving the request
- After approval, the refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Actual deposit may take additional time depending on PayPal's policy.
Cancellation (Not Subject to Refund)
Even after the refund window has passed, you may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you can use the Service until the end of the current billing period, and it will not renew automatically thereafter.
